Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we always try to be as fair as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, you can receive a 50% refund of the accommodation cost as long as the cancellation is made at least 60 full days before your scheduled check-in time.

If no specific check-in time has been provided, we will assume 3:00 PM as the standard check-in time.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Should you decide to leave earlier than planned after checking in, please note that any unused nights are non-refundable.
