How It All Started
Sardinia: Where It All Began
In 2010, we renovated our first sweet country house in Tiriddo, a peaceful corner of Sardinia where everything slowed down and felt right. Soon after, we created Villa Patrizia — a lovingly designed space that blended nature, simplicity, and soul. This was the beginning of Smart Appart.
Berlin: Our City Chapter
A few years later, we brought that same warmth and attention to detail into the heart of Berlin. Our homes in Birkenstraße, Blücherstraße, and Inselstraße offered a calm retreat in the middle of the city's creative energy. Here, we learned how to make urban spaces feel just as personal and grounding.
Tuscany: The Art of Slow Living
Tuscany gave us the chance to reconnect with nature and heritage. We lovingly restored a stone house and later a cosy hilltop country home, both designed to celebrate the quiet beauty of the Tuscan landscape. These homes became favorites for guests looking to slow down and soak in the view.
Rome: A Homecoming
In 2023, we returned to Daniele’s hometown of Rome — a city full of layers, stories, and personal history. We opened three elegant apartments, each one a tribute to the timeless spirit of the Eternal City.
Next Stop: Dubai
Our journey doesn’t end here. We’re now preparing to open Smart Appart in Dubai — a bold, inspiring new chapter that will bring our signature hosting style to a city of vision and contrast. Coming soon in 2026.
