Welcome to Smart-Appart! By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including check-in and check-out times, address, and contact information.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy
We offer a 50% refund on accommodation costs for cancellations made at least 60 full days before the scheduled check-in time (assumed to be 3:00 PM if not specified).
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.
In case of early departure after arrival, no refund will be issued for unused nights.

4. House Rules

-Please treat the apartment with care and respect.

-No smoking is allowed inside the property.

-Pets are only allowed if agreed upon in advance.

-No parties or events are permitted without prior approval.

-Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported and may result in additional charges.
Please follow local laws and respect neighbors at all times.

6. Liability
Smart-Appart is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
We also cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government actions, or interruptions in utilities (e.g., water, electricity, Wi-Fi) that are beyond our control.
